Kid Neon = …Legacy?
kid neon looks more like a Nova to me.
Dirty girl is a living Nuclear reactor, a nova. Kid neon is a delinquent, who stumbled into the leadership role. everyone else is spot on

Did we ever determine what template was used to create this?
Creator (and player of Armory) here. I used MS Paint for most of it, aside from switching to Photoshop CS2 to rotate the text and line it up with the arrows since Paint doesn’t have freeform rotation.
