I’m thinking of designing and printing some business cards that just have a handful of countdown clocks on one side, and a list things that happen based on the clocks on he back. I know I didn’t explain it well. When I get the first draft done I’ll post it.
Anyway, right now I’ve got an AW-style Harm countdown, then a 4, 6, & 8 segment clock for BitD, and a clock from The Sprawl. Are there any others that I should account for, or would that cover most PbtA and adjacent games?
4, 5, 6, and if you want more just take a pen to it?
4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and AW harm if you want it all printed and neat.
If you’re doing it all by yourself, go for it! If you’re paying for a print service, per run per design, I would go the cheaper route and get the minimum number of segments.
This is brilliant.
I’m doing it myself, then I’ll probably send it off to have printed, so cost for design isn’t a factor. Also, I totally am doing it because these are the games I like/want to run, but I’ll happily put the finished design up somewhere for other people.
Making these double for Blades in the Dark clocks would be great
David Gallo That was the idea. It’s set up basically for Blades, AW, and The Sprawl.
Why not put them on Drive Thru cards and do them as print on demand product?
Hadn’t really even considered it! I’ll look into it!
