Are there any good PbtA espionage games? I have World of Secrets but much like World of Dungeons I don’t think I’ve got enough experience to run something so stripped down yet. Any suggestions?

The Sprawl and Headspace both have espionage in their DNA, being cyberpunk games about operators going after corporations and all. But, obviously, they’re cyberpunk and not modern day espionage. Earlier this year a PbtA hack of Night’s Black Agents was made — not a super deep hack, mind you, but deep enough to cover the basic gameplay of NBA in a PbtA style. NBA is technically about spies vs vampires, but there is nothing forcing you to put vampires on the other end of the equation. I would go with that, personally.

Found the link to the NBA PtbA hack I mentioned: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/mtw3ytf1h0iz2ef/AACs4q2R6tc45Af6j1nAwYJBa?dl=0 courtesy of Jason Lutes
There was a spy heist sort of game called Enemy Action I remember really enjoying, but I can’t find a link now. Will edit if I find it somewhere!

Looks like it never left alpha sadly, but the alpha document is here: docs.google.com – Enemy Action.pdf
I found a hack called Agent World once. Don’t have the original link, but I saved it to my Google Drive.drive.google.com – Agent World.pdf – Google Drive
You are all fantastic human beings. Thank you. For those curious about World of Secrets here is a link.

Subscribing because I have the same question (specifically to play Night’s Black Agents without a point spending system).
I haven’t done anything to make this a reality beyond speculate about it, but I’m convinced that Paul Riddle’s vampire game Undying would make an excellent basis for an espionage hack, especially for a game in the style of John le Carré’s Smiley vs. Karla novels.
Likewise, I think the Sprawl’s rules come super close to be able to run Ocean’s 11
How about world of shadows?
Currently working on a game about superpowers and spying.
