Do you want to GM or play?
What’s your timezone and availability?
Do you have anything particular in mind for the game, or do you want to take it as it comes?
Also, have you looked at Roll20? I don’t know if it has UW character sheets, but it might be easier to organise a group there.

I think UW character-sheets are coming on Roll20. Those who know HTML/CSS script are the new High Programmers over there.
