Sorry if this is a silly question, but what kind of critter is The Vessel, exactly? I can’t think of a ready example of one in media based on the little stretch goal blurb.

They’re an artificial person looking to lose the qualifying adjective (and earn the right to have a Corruption track, which they don’t initially have, for some reason. Growing up sucks, kids!).
