The Divine works (obviously), but you could make something with Monstrous as well.
If you check out the extra playbooks in the Reinforcements pack, Steve Hickey’s Summoned might also work (for a godling come to end the world, anyhow).

Well, it’s not necessarily the best one, depending on the godling concept. But it’s definitely intended to include demigods as well as angel-type creatures.

The Chosen is another obvious one, if the godly nature is the source of your destiny.
Might be interesting to look at a demigod Spooky, too, with their dark side coming from their nature.

I think the Initiate and the Agent are overlooked possibilities. If the Initiate’s Society is a gnostic mystery cult then you’re fostering the seed of divinity while the Agent could be a functionary or devil of the Celestial Bureaucracy, if you give it a Taoist/Confuscian bent.
