To my knowledge, only Apocalypse World and MonsterHearts have sex moves.

Urban Shadows have intimacy moves, which do not necessarily have to be sexual. They can be triggered if you share a secret from your past with another character, for instance.
My own PBTA game, Infinite Galaxies, does not have any sex moves. I am not a big fan of them.

The Warren (which is amazing) has a sex move that is purely optional, because bunnies. 😉
It’s not so much a “sex” move as it is a “have babies” move.

I was a dyed in the wool Savage Worlds GM, but I am very much falling in love with PBTA; it allows for a freedom wherein we can tell stories without worrying about rules and such. I am finialzing my SW advenutre for publication, but I think my next project will be something in the PBTA family…

I played some Action Movie World – and that doesn’t have sex moves. It has ‘Love Scenes’ which are more manageable as it’s a ‘movie’.
