Is it a ‘real’ Foundation?
That would depend on what you mean by real. It’s a creative writing cooperative effort for creepy pasta. But to the best of my knowledge they do not actually Secure, Contain, Protect. All the monsters they have written up in their bios LOL that would be scarry.
On the main page there is an scp database. Series I through Series III look at those. Really great source of crazy monster ideas
