There’s no set amount. I usually would make a move to take it out, but that doesn’t mean it’s “wrecked”. If a player chooses “something of value is damaged” on mix it up I might take it out too, but again, that doesn’t mean it’s “wrecked”.
If usually go for “damaged” in the first instance and then if they don’t pull back the drone, I would go for something like “wrecked”.
