Couple of questions, and if I’m missing a totally obvious answer somewhere let me know and I’ll knock this down:
So far, are there only the LE playbooks out (Joined, Star, Innocent, Newborn, Reformed) or are there others?
What are the numbers in the upper right hand of the villainy deck cards?
The LE playbooks are the only ones released aside from the core playbooks, which can be found on the Masks website. They’ve revealed the names of some future playbooks (The Brain and The Harbinger are the only ones I recall), and presumably those are being playtested, but they’ve not been released publicly or to backers in any form.
Pretty sure the numbers are just numbers, if you want to keep your cards in order.

The first batch of playbooks will be included in the Halcyon City Herald Collection, which they’re hoping to have finished by Gencon.
