I cannot for the life of me find any groups playing this game online. Does anyone here know any resources to join a group?

Join The Gauntlet community. There’s a lot of buzz about The Veil there, and the designer plays there also. I expect some games to start popping up. We play a lot of online RPG games. If you’re in Houston, New Jersey, or Portland, there are face to face groups also.
It comes up sometimes on The Gauntlet gaming community here on G+. I’d like to run it from there some day also.
No, wait, I want to run it! 😜
I’ll be a player, then!
I know The Gauntlet community just wrapped up a 2-shot. You could try a looking for group thread on roll20. Perhaps people on the community want to organize something as well. If you’re willing to MC a game it’s a lot easier looking for folks.
I played a couple games through “PUG Lobby”. It’s a group for setting up last-minute, impromptu, pickup games. app.roll20.net – PUG Lobby LFG | Roll20: Online virtual tabletop
Hi Catherine – although your original post is a little old (24W as of today) I’m curious to see if you found any groups (or individual players) interested in joining you?
I’ve just discovered this game – I absolutely love the setting and structure – and am looking for a group to join too.
I haven’t had any luck. Most games either fall through or are like 1 shots. I really want to sink my teeth into the game so I haven’t accepted any offers to do those
Granted I’ve just started looking, but I haven’t seen any advertised games except for the one shots. I’ve skimmed through the community forum at Roll20 and it seems like it’s mostly Pathfinder, D&D 5ed and Star Wars.
I think we if we could find another two players, that would be enough to start a game. Maybe we could share MC responsibilities so everyone has an opportunity to play and/or MC.
I haven’t used Google Hangouts, but I’ll mess around with it this week. In the meantime, let’s see if we can find a couple more players 🙂
Sure sounds great. Yeah Roll 20 doesn’t really seem to be the best place for things that aren’t 9/10 popular
