This was incredibly interesting. I’d never heard anyone feeling pushed away by this game in the way that one of the interviewers did.
Mark Causey yeah, and he’s an old friend of mine, and I was actually quite surprised he had that reaction because I knew how much he loved the first edition. But I can imagine there are lots of people who are uncomfortable with some of the themes in Monsterhearts for various reasons. My current PbtA group is very uncomfortable with the RP of teens having sex, even though they’re totally fine with queer content.
