I ran my first game of Masks the other day and we all had a blast. I’m new to PbtA games in general and while everything went well I wondered if there are any examples of play around – particularly of battle scenes. Combat works so differently in Masks to almost every other game I’ve played and I want to make sure I’m doing the system justice. Can anyone recommend some clear examples of how a scene would play out?

Roll To Breathe recently finished up their first arc of Masks and they have some pretty interesting fight scenes. In particular the very first ep fight with Papa DeSnott in the first ep and later on the fight with Tarrare
