Definitely worth the $4 for excellent replacements for the Wizard, Cleric, and Paladin.
In Fourth World, I got rid of the cleric entirely. The nethermancer is probably the closest replacement, but may require changes to your game’s metaphysics.

Supplement for DW to build classes. Base ones have been splitted in parts that can be recombined. There are many in the “disciples” subset that can be used to build near all classic characters related to worship of divine beings or inner self strength.
You may want to “contaminate” cleric with templar playbook too.
