  1. SWAT and TASER are a pair of sanctioned heroes that work with the metro police. SWAT’s keen senses and tactical skills were legendary. While she wasn’t a power house, everything and everyone was a tool in her arsenal. In another country, she might have been called a ninja. TASER never quite filled out the tactical vest he wore, but his non-lethal electrical powers made him an asset versus humans and robots. And, his electro-sense doubled as a great bloodhound for any perp dumb enough to carry a cell phone or other device.

  2. Due to a lack of detail, I’m Assuming these are NPCs for a Rival Team to the PCs(I.E. More experienced than the PCs, despite being their peers, Very High and mighty), If they are part of the Same team as the PCs I would suggest some nerfing, and personality overhauls. If they are adults then some age adjustment should be all that is necessary…

    Anyway here is one I came up with:

    Strategem – Team Leader – Abilities: Physical Perfection, Perfect Memory – Bio: Annabelle Ferris(16) Has trained her body to the limit of what a normal human is capable of since she was young, This combined with her incredible memory makes he one of the most formidable heroes to exist despite her age. In combat, she can perfectly mimic an opponent’s fighting style after just seeing them do something once, so long as they are doing so with physical talent or a weapon. She is also excellent when it comes to situations that require problem-solving in hero work as she has memorized every case file she has access to and read every book of conventional strategy.

    Weaknesses: Creative Thinking-Annabelle has come to rely on her memory as a crutch, and never bothered to learn actual problem-solving as her memory mimics this but even better, if she encounters a situation where she has little to no prior context then she will hit a mental blank and be entirely unsure of what to do,

    Arrogance-Due to her commonly undisturbed record of success, Anabelle cannot cope with failure, and will never admit if she isn’t the smartest person, and will often even act as though she knows exactly what to do even if she is clueless. She never asks for help with ideas and takes even a suggestion that someone MIGHT know more than her as a personal attack.

  3. Dice is the Team Leader, though he really wishes he weren’t. He’s risen through the ranks by having a history of high profile successes against villains, and most people think he wins these fights through clever and unpredictable use of telekinetic abilities.

    The truth is, his real superpower is being blessed and cursed with extreme luck. He finds himself facing danger purely by chance, and wins the day through no fault of his own. It’s terrifying to live through, but he knows it would be worse if he ever told anyone the truth. Because as everyone knows, if you point out your luck you immediately lose it, and if all he was left with was the downswing of his powers he wouldn’t last a week.

    LASERFACE mainly became a cop for the health and dental, figuring it would be an easy gig in a city brimming with superheroes to do all the real work. But when she took advantage of the free health insurance to have her vision corrected, there was an accident that overloaded the surgical laser, bombarding her optic nerves with strange and exotic energies.

    Ever since then, she’s been able to emit electromagnetic waves of any frequency from her eyes. With high intensity light, she can burn through steel. With x-rays, she can see through walls. With radio, she can jam comms. With microwave and infrared emissions, she can cook popcorn and change the channel without leaving the sofa. Mostly the team gets use out of the first three.
