James Mullen The ‘Hood is primarily geared towards playing in modern times. Though I personally think certain parts of it are robust enough to be hacked for different time periods. I myself have given some thought to using it to run a game in 1970s New York.
Yes, it is a modern game Phillip Ribbink, but urban crime is timeless: I’m sure could do it with a little tweak.
