So in a team lineup of Nova Beacon Bull Newborn, When do I ask the Newborn team Question? Before the Bull? After The Bull but Before the Nova? Between the Nova and Beacon?
My Instincts say that it is the last of these options since the Nova establishes a location and then the Newborn can expound on where specifically they were discovered in that location, of course, I can also see it earlier with the Nova more describing where the fight ended up finishing. Any advise would be appriciated.

Per page 95 of the Halcyon Herald: The Newborn goes after every core Playbook has gone. So, use standard order for Core books, then go to the Newborn.
