Designing “stat backgrounds”.
Several PbtA games including AW itself feature stat arrays with names. Or backgrounds with associated stat arrays.
Have you used this technique for your hacks? How were you going about it?

Legacy doesn’t quite have names for the arrays, but each Family stat array has implications for the world. For example, if your zealots have a high-stealth array that implies that they’re persecuted for their worship of the monsters of the apocalypse, whereas if they adhere to a faith from the world before they have a stat block that favours diplomacy and outreach. I did it this way because I wanted the group to weave between setting building and playbook creation, while presenting a good amount of prompts to get the imaginations going!

I used Phoenix (min-maxed), Swan (decent), and Raven (low, but more skills).
