Got the proof for The Veil’s second printing and thought I’d share a video.
The second printing has a new cover 11 new pieces of art
Substantial text added for clarity The Empath has been tweaked for greater flexibility
Moves remain the same but are more clear across a few playbooks but are most noticeable in the Wayward and Seeker
Giri renamed to Obligation
The text on the spine of the book is larger
Grammar, spelling, flow improved
Some quotes were replaced and some more were added
Where do we pick up a copy of the 2nd printing when it’s available?
It’ll be printed with Cascade so it’ll be a bit yet. Get it at https://www.samjokopublishing.com/shop-samjoko/ first and then later on IPR. Probably a month or two after that, depending on how fast the shipment arrives and how long they take to receive the stock and update their website, etc. The printer ships by boat and can take some time.

How’s the shipping to Canada? Would it be a better move to wait until it’s back in stock at 401 games?
I’m not sure! 401 is notoriously fairly cheap but because they get it from IPR and have restructured USD prices to CAD it is hard to say how much cheaper it’ll be, if they even order it. Currently it’s sold out there so I don’t know if they’re restocking it or what.
From our website it’s 15$ air mail to some places, like Canada, shipped from Korea. Canadian customs is notoriously taking forever at processing international mail too, making everything longer than expected. I’ve had things sometimes take weeks longer than expected delivery window, especially from overseas and not America.
On the plus side though, maybe I’ll have some copies at Breakout so you won’t have to pay shipping at all, if we can get them there on time Matthew Doughty

Haha thanks, well we don’t make anything on shipping so it’d be the same price, though IPR as a retailer obviously takes a big cut, so our website and BreakoutCon would be where we would make the most money. I’ll probably have 1 box, typically 12 copies of the second printing and Cascade there, if they can ship it there in time.
