  1. Good question! I can tell you a little bit about some of them. I can’t promise we’ll wind up doing ALL of these, because we have to playtest them all and if they don’t work, obviously, that will prevent us from releasing them, but some combination of these will be released:

The amazing Jenn Martin is designing THE CRONE (based on myths of old, powerful magic using women, we’re playtesting this in a game right now!) and THE JEWEL (a magical class based around generating Honor for other PCs, playtesting in the near future).

I am working on THE FOLK (you would play a group of common people in the town your game is in, similar to the Macaluso for AW) and THE MERCHANT (which is exactly what it sounds like! Playtesting in the near future).

Tom J. is working on THE DEVOURER (sort of an Unspeakable Power magic vampire character) and, super-experimental, we’ll see if this one actually works in play… THE PUPPETEER (you would play someone that possesses inanimate objects. You wanna be a sword for a while? Go be a sword for a while.).

Those are the ones we’ve got in the pipeline! If some of these wind up not working out, we’ll pivot to making sure we can come up with more so people get their money’s worth.

  2. Todd Nicholas Always so speedy with those replies, thank you!

I’m a huge Macaluso fan (Vincent just updated it for 2e as The Symbiote, by the way), so The Folk sounds like an absolute treat, and then I love love looove the idea of The Devourer.

Should you ever need extra eyes on these… 😛

  3. Yeah, The Macaluso is great. The Folk is sort of my dream class, in a way. The moves I’m working on for it involve the ability to spread information among the people, stir up animosity against the rulers, etc.
