  1. Tim Osburn Was released for playtest with Brain and Soldier. Didn’t make into AEGIS book. So things might still change.

  2. I’ve used the harbinger as a base for an NPC, but I find a lot of that book incredibly difficult to do without a really solid partnership between the GM and the player. I see a lot of the same problems in the innocent playbook. Either you create a separate story for the harbinger or you make their story a huge part of the narrative. If you don’t, a lot of their issues and moves become moot in the face of other stories.

Adam Goldberg it certainly feels unfinished…at the very least it feels more like a plot line than a character, which i think is the real limitation. a beacon isn’t a plot…it’s a person. harbringer is a trope, but it only works if the whole story is centered around them or at least very focused on them

  4. Adam Goldberg Also “pierce the mask of someone you know will shape the future” feels like a rather problematic trigger.
