She’s Reformed, though she might slip up if a Gold Generation villain asks for her help real nice in a plot to do something horrible. Try to get her to explain whatever it is that makes the distinction between douchey villain and romantic anti-hero – she has some criteria to follow, but no one else can understand.
Her vitality absorption powers leave the things she drains discolored, like the leaves of trees in the fall.

OLIANA (THE OUTSIDER)
She has //stunning beauty// and knows it! A princess on her origin planet, she feels little need to be open, vulnerable, or even to treat humans as equals (besides, they’re mostly an ugly species, yuck). While she’d prefer to stay at home using her //density control// to make beautiful gravity-defying art, her mother loves Earth and the things it taught her as a young adult, so here Oliana is, stuck with her mom’s best friend’s Legacy/Protégé and their weird friends.

Jason (Jiro) Yung, a second-generation Chinese immigrant, was born and raised in sunny California. He was a good student, and developed a bad habit of chewing on the tops of pencils, pens, and any other writing instrument he held in his hand. He knew by the time he was in middle school that he wasn’t interested in girls, but he keeps this under wraps, as he knows that his traditionalist family wouldn’t approve. He loves history, and is obsessed with Chinese emperors and princes.
Jason was accidentally exposed to dark magic when a summoning circle opened up on a mountain during a scouting trip, and over the next few days he began to experience strange visions, as well as being able to drain electronics just by touching them, making him extremely aware, stronger than normal, and sometimes slightly sparky. Jason quickly realized that these images were actually visions of the future, and when he stopped a bank heist, he knew that he had to use his powers for good. He disguised his identity by donning a long gold cloak, and using a long red scarf to cover his lower features. While out in the world, he goes by the alias Oracle. Jason uses boy scouts as a cover for superheroing, as well as explaining away the bruises and weird noises coming from his room.

Villain, Bronze Generation
You know what’s wrong with the world today? Social Media. How are people supposed to interact without any mystery? Everyone knows what everyone else ate for lunch, what rashes they just had the doctor look at after too many friends said “OMG that looks serious”
She’ll never monologue. If you can’t understand her plans, that’s part of the allure.
Her goal is destruction of the power grid and crippling of technology, returning civilization to a simpler time when kids played outside and rode bikes. Get people to interact face to face again where they can relearn the art of lying about yourself in reality instead of just online.
She grew up on a farm and that’s good enough for everyone. People who work hard look hotter, anyway. She’s saving them from technology and themselves.
