Next months game on my serialized, monthly Patreon is inspired by the sci-fi miniseries, The Lost Room. You play people called the fractured, torn from history and possessing previously mundane items that can now alter reality, attempting to stop fractures from occurring in the future.

There is still time to get this months issue as well, in which you play musicians who have made a deal with a devil and now come together to hatch a plan to get out of it.

  1. I re watch it from time to time, bought it on ITunes. Love that series and was happy to be able to fit it into Uncanny Echo, albeit changed some to fit.

  2. I love that (a) I’m not the only one working on an RPG inspired by The Lost Room, and (b) they sound surprisingly dissimilar. Man, that series was underrated. 🙂

  3. Agreed, that series is great. I had to make the concept fit into established fiction and into a one shot. Instead they’re people excised from the timeline, their objects having reality altering properties and attempting to stop one such fracture from occurring. At one point I’d love to do something closer to the series, but for now this will satiate my needs!
