As an MC/GM, what’s your favorite way to organize your campaign notes, both in-game and during your minimal prep? I’m sick of trying to make sense of and collect my hasty scribbles on index cards, notebook sheets, and OneNote. I probably need to just stick with one unified notebook plus the Fronts/Threats sheets provided by the game(s), but I’m also curious about further techniques/hacks.

Definitely hasty scribbles on index cards.
Notebook
Which I have with me almost always when I have an active campaign
I use EverNote for just about everything.
I have Google docs up on my laptop
I keep a piece of paper with the PCs listed in one corner, then three other lists in the other corners. Say: NPCs, locations, threats. Or: allies, enemies, factions. I periodically rewrite this.
I also write a note every session which I refer back to as needed to jog the memory. Ahead of a session I might read over my notes and think of three principles I want to hit (things I think I’m neglecting), three threats that might come up, three recent events to telegraph.
