I was irritated that I had to wait a week to get paid to buy The Sprawl, and then became delighted like a little school boy when I went to buy it and found that I already had. Doh!
I have very little experience with Apocalypse, but am looking forward to the read.
Is there anything I should know before diving in to better help me?
If you’re just starting out with Powered by the Apocalypse games, my advice is to try and set aside any experience you have with other TTRPG systems.
That’s not necessarily because PbtA games are radically different from other games. But going in thinking I knew how to run PbtA games because of my prior experience with other games ended up being a hindrance.

Matthew Terry – Why is it the worst example? Sure – you have HP and stuff, because you want that D&D Feeling, but the rest is pretty pbtAW-ish.
