I think they only get the founder sheet.

While you’re playing through the prologue, they just have control of the founder. The bloodline only comes into being after the showdown with the regent and the generations afterwards.
Though if you’re playing in person, the bloodline playbooks have been laid out such that when they’re printed double-sided they form a 4-page booklet with the founder on the back page.
