Hey there!

Hey there!

Hey there! So, for my monster of the week game i’m running in a little bit I’ve decided to make a new class labeled the mutated.

In which after the effects of radiation, the “hunter”, more survivor in this case, has changed. I’m stumped on personal moves, though? Does anyone have suggestions? I’ve already taken a bit from the monstrous.

  1. I’d suggest, for this sort of case, thinking about who the archetypal characters are (in whatever fiction) that are inspiring you. Look at what sets these characters apart from regular folds, and what do these archetypal characters all have in common?

  2. Michael Sands My two big inspirations are both the ghouls from the fallout series, and the animals surrounding both Chernobyl and fukushima. Though, with both Chernobyl and Fukushima they are generally born with said mutation, instead of developing it overtime like what I’m going for with the class. I only use them as a source specifically for exposure to radiation. While, with the ghouls in Fallout, they’re almost a prime example of what I’m kind of going for. Someone who, occasionally, finds a way to make it through the effects of radiation and benefit.

  3. Felix Girke For my monster of the week, the world has ended after a nuclear war ..and woke something up.. For this class, it’s the poor mundane folks, who after being influenced by the radiation have gained both benefits.. at a cost. So, they aren’t these immortal creatures who have been around for ages, they’re new, confused, and strong In certain aspects.
