9. yeah if a player picks a Vamp character, ask them. If nobody picks a vamp character maybe ask all your players what they think. You can then use their answers or maybe do a variation of what they have said.

13. I think it works better if the group decides such things. In my recent games, vampires receive massive damage (5-harm ap) when in contact with sunlight.
