  1. As an MC, I would say “Yes” to the first part and then ask “How did you get that bike?” and use that answer to ask follow-up questions about the nature of the bike. The bike would have no stats, it’s just a bike. But of course, they could sell it and then they’re forever out of the gang (“You sold your bike? What the fuck?!”) and if they later decide to leave the gang then the gang is going to want to keep the bike (“You can get the fuck out of here Dutch, but your wheels belong to us.”). But then I’d also ask “Have you ever made a dedicated bid to become the leader of the gang?” and if they say “Yes” ask the Chopper “How did you knock them down a peg?”

The great thing about saying “Yes” to this is that if the Chopper uses Pack Alpha or Fuckin’ Thieves, it can apply to the other player now.

  2. Sure. I’d give them the free bike, but no stats for it (unless they were The Driver) I like Patrick Henry Downs suggestions for questions.

I actually think it would be kind of awesome. When I played The Hocus, The Savvyhead was a member of my cult. It was amazing.

  3. I would say “No”

In our game, our Driver and my Chopper (and her gang) are members of the Hocus’es cult but the MC doesn’t have the Fortunes move apply to us when it roles poorly.

Which I guess means that what I said before about Pack Alpha and Fucking Thieves should be ignored. But if I were playing that character I would think it could be wicked awesome if the Chopper rolls Fucking Thieves and then I pull out what they need from one of my pockets and give it to them.

  4. Well when we played with the Savvyhead as a member of my Hocus’s cult, the tags resulting from the Followers roll sort of applied but only if we felt like it as players.  😀

We’d kind of apply them loosely in the fiction if we felt like it.  The cult was basically a hippy sex and drugs cult.  If the followers roll came up with a result of the cult being “idle” (quite frequent)  then myself and the Savvyhead would often narrate things from the perspective of our characters being somewhat stoned or hungover. We’d still be up and doing stuff, but coloured by the “idle” result. The NPC cultists on the other hand were useless for the session.

  5. Patrick Henry Downs nailed it. Yes, but make it not boring!  also, yeah, no stats for the bike unless the other PC is a driver. A Chopper with a crew of Driver, Savvyhead or Hocus or Angel, and Gunlugger is pretty wild. Also, Drew Harpunea’s point about tags is good – use them if it makes sense.

  6. Well, I would say, like, -savage doesn’t HAVE to apply to you… but as an MC I might say “So, you’re standing out by not going along with the rest of the gang when they’re acting this way? Do that often?” It’s a perfectly viable answer to go  “Yeah, fuck it, I’m a badass gunlugger, anyone who gives me shit about it learns their lesson real quick” or something like that, though.
