LTTP on this game, but admire it greatly. Two quick questions:
1) Has anyone already made a table of all the NPCs referenced in the rules, so I don’t do needlessly duplicative work?
2) Are the limited edition playbooks available (legally, of course) anywhere? I’m especially interested in the reformed villain.
1) The NPC’s are up to you really, i havent really had any games use them as anything other than examples. If anything the Players normally give inspiration for them through jokes and ooc Banter (This has also added more Legacy members, A Wife to a Mentor, Magical Beast conservationist Steve Irwin…and more). My advice is to make them brief and flesh them out through RP on the fly, they dont take too long to make if needed.
2) Cant help you on that one, While i have the PDF im not sure about sharing it on here…..though tbh i wouldn’t be surprised if it becomes more common eventually. Seems a Trend that people share it in any game they are in that allows it. IE GM doesn’t have the book and Player does….GM kinda needs to be sent the book if the player is using a playbook from it
I think all the villains mentioned are included in the deck of villainy. I’m not aware that there’s any list of heroes or mundanes, though. As for the new playbooks, I believe the ones that have been released to backers are all going to be featured in the Halcyon City Herald Collection which is coming out this summer.
