2. Not particularly. It is the same sharpness of contrast as black on white. So unless you brain has trouble processing the alternate contrast..you should be fine.

3. I have a midnight copy coming soon (hurry up!). You should have gotten both PDF versions with purchase though, right?

4. I don’t have either print version of The Sprawl, but my experience of other books is that white-on-black is a problem only if the paper is glossy, allowing light to obscure the text. Is that the case here?

   (I do have problems with black-on-white for computer screens, which were solved by the availability of the printable B&W book, and later, the Noon edition. But that’s quite a different problem from print…)

5. RPGs are a young people’s game. I preserved a GM screen for an old game but realized the print was now too small for me to read comfortably. Maybe those who are used to reading bOING bOING or zines with crazy typesetting will do better.

6. I’ll see. I got the noon in paperback but didn’t like the paperback. When I ordered the hardcover I decided midnight looked cool.

7. I have Noon in paperback and Midnight in Hardback..and I find them both quite readable. 

   I am actually glad I got the paperback in the Noon format..because the print definitely isn’t as sharp, so it is far more readable.
