It’s my pleasure to help out! I think the comic is going to be a killer intro to the game, and really set the tone for the book!
I think for me, that is so important …. right out of the gate, the tone will be set exactly to meet the play style.
Greg Israel Thanks for the edits! You read the last version too, what did you think of this one in comparison?
Happy to help. The latest version is really good about covering the main components of a “powered by the Apocalypse” game, and the unique aspects of Worlds in Peril – moves, defining powers, conditions, healing, bonds, etc. I like how Quell becomes more and more defined (both mechanically and visually) as the story progresses. The “conversation” between the EIC and the players also sounds pretty natural and gives a good example of how game play works.

Not trying to be difficult (even if I am succeeding) but I’m stuck on P2<3>. The EIC says there are 5 verbs and the player sets 3 of them and my ocd isn’t letting me past that… what’s the character’s Influence? What’s her Investigation?
I may need to lay off the caffeine…
David Wetzel Word count is a problem in the comic, so I chose not to make an exhaustive list. I changed it so that we now know the other two stats can’t help but be +1. Hope that helps!

Ah, word count! We all have to live with the limitations on our powers! It’s probably only me that would get stuck on that, but the two +1’s does solve things…
