I don’t know which is more likely, that Ambrose just doesn’t win MitB and Reigns retains, or that Ambrose does win but Reigns beats him when he tries to cash in.
(Yes, I do think Reigns will still be champion after MitB 🙃)
I think that’s the most dramatic booking. But I think there’s a chance they put Sami Zayn over hard. They haven’t mentioned him as a potential winner. And he IS “the underdog from the underground.” Plus when he loses to Roman when he cashes in. It won’t hurt either of them.
Cesaro would be neat as a sneak-in, but the whole SHEILD alumni thing is why I thought it might play.
