I’m prepping a game of WWW for a bunch of friends who don’t really watch wrestling, so I’ve been putting together some resources for them to explore. I made a big ol’ Google Doc with links to YouTube videos of commonly used wrestling moves. Hopefully it will help some new folks put their visual ideas into words!

you might want to add some of the videos found on this channel as well.

J. Max Kielbasa I think I’ve got a handful of those, but I wanted to go with individual videos for each move and not full compilations. Better to show the ‘hey, this is what this thing looks like.’
Also, if you want them to understand botches add a link to botchmania.
Depending on how “extreme” you want your promotion or the matches to get, you might also want to share with them a list of commonly used weapons, or even help them to come up with new/different ones.
Is it okay if I share this on the WWW discord?
I have created a website that might also be helpful wrestlinggifs.com – DivingElbowDrop
Wrestlinggifs amazing!
andrew connett I originally had a chunk of that stuff under Illegal Moves, but it made the list too long and I wanted that section to be more of a “this is the kind of stuff that you’d do with the Heel move.”
Jack Reilly sure thing!
Thanks!
