The Graveyard is too tough for apostrophes.
The intern makes the posters
Not promoting the other matches just yet? And where are the over the top tag lines for each match?
This intern needs to be fired.
Nevermind, I just read the actual event page. That’s where the over the top tag lines and additional matches are being posted.
Give that intern a five percent raise, then.
Is the Crak House like a bunkhouse match?
“Let me tell you, Rick, the fans are running wild with speculation over this one. Bolt Bradshaw vs. Scythe. I don’t think anybody could have predicted this final matchup when the Cup began!”
“Well, I’ll tell you, brother, there’s been a lot of irregularities during the cup. Both of these wrestlers have been eliminated and brought back in and right now it’s got to be chaos backstage trying to keep track of it all. I know for a fact that C. Colton Craig sent his intern out to Costco for the biggest bottle of aspirin he could carry.”
“Rick, you’ve been in the business a long time, you’ve wrestled with Atomo a number of times, and with Reaper when he first came into the promotion. Who are your favorites for the event? Let’s start with the big one. Bolt or Scythe?”
“Brother, Bolt is a great kid. He’s got the speed, he’s got moves that Scythe can’t match. But he ain’t gonna win unless he remembers two things. First, Scythe is an animal. He’s the kind of animal that would chew his own leg off just so he could get to you and chew yours off too. I haven’t seen that kind of aggression in the ring in a long time.”
“You’re right there. What about the second?”
“He’s got to respect the chair, brother. If Bolt can keep control of the ring, keep Scythe away from that chair, then he maybe has a chance.”
“Well, Rick, what about the next match? Reaper vs. El Escorpion?”
“I’m just going to say it, brother, Escorpion doesn’t have the chops to hang in the ring with a powerhouse like Reaper. He’s vicious but I’ve seen the Reaper just ignore pain that would put a mortal man in the hospital. I think the Graveyard is going to claim another victim.”
“And last, there’s the grudge match. Will Atomo’s age and experience win out over Joey Crak’s youth and vigor?”
“From where I’m sitting, brother, it does not look good for Atomo. I’ve been a big fan of Joey Crak since he first appeared in this promotion. He’s got the look, he’s got some moves, and Atomo is not getting any younger. Maybe it’s time to step aside and let someone else teach the class.”
“Well we’ll find out how you did tomorrow night, Rick, when the Journeyman’s Cup event concludes.”
clapclap clapclapclap
This is awesome!
Now, as a matter of consistency, is it clapclap clapclapclap, or clap clap clapclapclap?
I personally am I supporter of the second because when you hear the chants and claps in action, there is a pause, ever so small it may be, between the first and second clap, and I feel that the space between them represents that pause the best.
I’m so watching this.
I prefer clap clapclap , but I’m a mark
