We’ve posted out second episode using The Sprawl mixed with Dungeon World. They hack together quite well, though our next episode will be MUCH more Dungeon World than Sprawl.

Given the specific circumstances of the campaign, the mission clock will be a little weird to implement. It would essentially trigger when the trouble gets so bad that the army steps in. And the army is – tenuously – allied with the heroes.

The next session will be interesting.

I’ve been running a Dungeon World game for the crew over at The Crooked Thimble, and we recently incorporated several adventure moves from The Sprawl.

I’ve linked to the episode page, where you can find the Adventure Moves, Setting Primer, and Class Sheets.

It’s an odd experiment, but ti lets us run much more intrigue-laden adventures than vanilla Dungeon World.

I just need to get better at showing my players when the clocks increase. Any tips on making that fluid and dramatic?
