My players are considering this choice of missions. They’re looking at splitting the party with the Professional and his team going to one mission and the Exile and the Chosen going to a second mission.

Changes are mainly revisions for clarity, a bit more explanation, and (the big bit) a few more alternative weird moves. You can now make your hunter an empath, have access to your past lives, or become illuminated and converse with the Secret Masters.

So I dedicate RPG playtime with my eight-year-old every weekend to help his brain, critical thinking, and creative prowess. He’s been bored with D&D lately, so I sat him down for a “session 0.” We identified that he didn’t want to play fantasy or sci-fi, but that he wanted modern day with monsters. So I’m thinking PERFECT! I bring out MoTW. And he then says he only wants to play gremlins (i.e. Spielberg). I told him we will definitely play gremlins, and whatever monsters ongoing. He said, “No! Not like Scooby Doo with different monsters every week. Only gremlins.” I told him I’m not running 52 weeks of gremlins. He got mad. We’re still discussing.

Sigh.
