Since The Wolf’s ability to shape-change is separate from the moves I’m wondering what everyone thinks about the idea of The Vamp using a limited shape change when invoking the Escape move? The narrative would be a shift from a bipedal human form into a running wolf/flying bat but then changing back when arriving into a new scene.

Hi all, I had a question about the Wolf archetype. What form does your wolf characters take when they transform. Are we talking direwolf, large bipedal wolf beast, or more of your hairy fanged teenwolf (the latest incarnation) vibe? Is there a particular vision you had Andrew Medeiros?

I asked this on the Kickstarter page, but there was no answer.

Anyway to add dice as an add-on? I really into the soft back …. but I want those dang dice.

On the Kickstarter website, it says: “As your character gains new corruption abilities, you will face a difficult choice: will you give up what you’ve gained to save yourself?”

Does this refer to the “erase corruption” advances only or is there another way to reduce corruption levels?

Is the King no longer in the game?

I’m afraid I don’t fully understand the debt/faction systems.

So I owe a debt to Vlad the vampire of the Night faction. He wants me to help him with some dark deed and cashes in the debt to offer me an XP. I refuse. The debt is spent, I don’t mark XP. At the end of the session, because I interacted with the Night faction, my faction rating with Night goes up by one.

So by refusing to pay a debt to Vlad, I lose nothing but the opportunity to mark XP and my standing with the vampires is improved? Surely that cannot be correct! But that’s what the Kickstarter preview seems to say.

About Get Mixed Up

The trigger condition is: When you Get Mixed Up in another PC’s affairs

So when Bob comes running to my door, bloodied and chased by Ghouls i get mixed up in his affairs right? That is what normal english language would say. However giving him +1 or -2 is irrelevant in this case. STill i would need to roll.

Of course we could agree that i don’t need to roll because it makes no sense mechanically but “when you do it, you do it”. Or am i overthinking this?
