Sarah Richardson At DexCon you had some brilliant dice, with a peace sign for the 6 and the “flying eagle” for the one. Are those available now, or are they planned for the KS?

I’m currently reading the rules and looking forward to running it I think it’s got huge potential! I want the sex, drugs, parties and rock and roll to contrast starkly with social issues of the time, but that’s tricky given the language used at that time. Do you have any suggestions for addressing this or agree to soften it in advance? It seems to me you want to have a genuine experience but would have to make it clear to the players that views held by the npcs are not your own!! PS you mention articles and stories dealing with race in the 70s do you have any recommendations?

Maybe some inspiration here? On the first episode and it’s amazing so far. Definitely going to pull some tidbits of this into play.

“The multi-talented Baz Luhrmann and a team of collaborators — Oscar-winner Catherine Martin, legendary MC Nas, Grandmaster Flash, Pulitzer-winning playwright Stephen Adly Guirgis, and hip-hop historian Nelson George — have created a music-driven drama that documents the emergence of a new art form. Set in the late 1970s, when New York was at the brink of bankruptcy and disco was dying out, the rise of hip-hop is told through the lives, art, music and dance of a group of young people in the South Bronx.”
