Can the EIC reduce or raise PCs’ bonds if it fits for fiction? (“Hey, you stood her up again…”)

Couple of questions:

Couple of questions:

1. If playing with one player and his character is “Active ostracized by most” it means that the Bond Threshold is 1. That means that the character is limited to a Bond with The City or “Law Enforcement” but not both? (Or the law and City don’t count toward the Threshold?)

2. Outside some Drive Moves how you get 10+ since you don’t except for the -3 for the critical?

This may have been asked and answered, but I may have missed it.

When a character makes a Take Down move and fails, do they suffer harm/take a condition? The failure doesn’t allow the “Take no harm in the doing option,” so would they be unable to negate harm with the 6-. Or does the harm taken from the action only occur with a 7+?

My wife and I Kickstarted this and life happened – haven’t been able to get around to actually downloading it. Now that I’m pulling up the download link I see that it’s been deactivated. Who should I talk to about getting my download copy? Thanks!

I think Burnout move example (p.64) is in collision with the rule.

In the example, EIC says “It is definitely Borderline and just roll 2d6”, But shouldn’t it be “Possible and roll 2d6+Bond”?

And “move faster than the speed of light” is in Cerebus’ Power Profile, not Zip’s.

Has anyone given any thought to using worlds in peril for something like scion or exalted?

Has anyone given any thought to using worlds in peril for something like scion or exalted? The idea struck me when I first read through the rules that with some guidance to character creation/power profiles it’d be perfect for it but I haven’t done any work towards it yet.

Some friends of mine said they wanted the proof the book arrived. Here it is!
