But I’m kind of happy, I’ve being brooding long (since the beginning) about the inclusion of specific animals for players to transform, and I’m finally going for it: Jaguar, Águila, Tlacuache, Venado… what else, what else?

So, I finally found an alternative to the stat name TEMPLE in my #NahualRPG : BRÍO. At the end they look like this:

So, I finally found an alternative to the stat name TEMPLE in my #NahualRPG : BRÍO. At the end they look like this:

FURIA — Fury, aggression, brute force, stamina, tetchiness, stubbornness. Your capacity for violence and physical potency.

BRÍO — Grit, spirit, resolve, strength of character, mental toughness. Your fortitude or endurance to face any risk or difficulty.

MAÑA — Knack, cleverness, skill, mental agility, insight, artifice, expertise in something. Your ability to resolve a problem or react to a situation.

PASIÓN—Passion, fervor, self-esteem, sensitivity, empathy, intuition. Your force of personality and attraction. That special no se qué.

What do you think? You think it will be hard to grasp the Spanish terms?

Hi everyone, I’m still working on my #NahualRPG and I’ve been thinking in using the stats names in Spanish. The thing is one of them means something in English (Temple), do you think it will be confusing?

These are the stats:

-Furia (Fury)

-Temple (Grit)

-Mañan (Wit)

-Pasión (Passion)

It’s been a while now that I’ve been working the #NahualRPG (which is Powered by the Apocalypse) using a dice pool adaptation of the AW engine. But I keep asking myself if that would do. I’ve done some playtesting and it seems to hold, the thing is when writing moves and thinking about modifiers, I’m not sure I should stick to this approach. What do you think?

Ok, I’m finally writing my Fronts chapter, and I’m using in Spanish the term “Agente antagónico” for Threats, which translates as Antagonistic Agent, but I don’t like the name in English. I’m thinking maybe Opposing Agent, but I feel is not catchy enough. Any help here from the other side of the river? Vincent Baker Meguey Baker #lostintranslation #NahualRPG
