  1. So, the game went down. It was rough. I think UB requires a bit of prep to run it as a one-shot. It might have worked better if the players had decided their characters ahead of time and considered some of their factions… If I ran it at a con I might even consider giving out pregens…. What a weird thing to say for an Apocalypse World game. Anyone else have this impression?
