I have some questions:
– How many times can we raise the number of Critical Conditions (with Advancements)? The chart shows me one step up (Max 5), but if I choose to raise it again?
– Is there no limit for how many bond points a Bond can receive? I mean, if someone has a relationship represented by Bond 8, and trigger a Burnout, he’s going to roll +8?
– No. You can only raise it the one time and get the one step up.
-There are no limits to the number of Bond Points any Bond can receive, but there is the Bond Threshold to limit how many they can have in total (how players disperse them is up to them).

This question is still bugging me Kyle Simons:
If someone has a relationship represented by Bond 8, and trigger a Burnout, he’s going to roll +8? (same for Aid or Interfere and Gather Intel “by calling in favors”).
Answer is still the same, though.
Have you played in a game where any player managed to get over +4? I’ve had a +4 once, and I’ve played a ton. More often than not they’re doing their level best to even to +3. If you’re doing your job right and threatening Bonds, and shifting things around for The City and Law Enforcement they’re going to have to ignore the world for a good long while and only focus on a single NPC to power game that hardcore.
