Dirty rotten scoundrels.
Now I’ve put these options up here I’m actually tempted by Liars & Bastards All.
Liars & Bastards All gets my vote.
A Bastard, a Dagger, and a Bag of somebody ele’s gold
I too prefer Liars & Bastards All.
Jonathan Semple I’m pretty set on that now. But thanks to everyone who voted.
David Rothfeder Shall use that for a quick start scenario title…
Ignoble is such a good word…
I get a royalty on that, right?
Those are all redundant. It’s like having “evil villains” or “thieving scoundrels.”
If you are going with “bastards” then you should pair it with a descriptor that is the opposite.
So try out “righteous bastards”, “the stately bastards,” or “bastard cavaliers.”
Got room anywhere for an Uncooth?
“Uncouth”, “ignoble”…could be good adjectives to mix in with some character archetypes?
“Uncouth, ignoble, and unrepentant” sounds like a good tagline for something.
