  1. Those are all redundant. It’s like having “evil villains” or “thieving scoundrels.”

    If you are going with “bastards” then you should pair it with a descriptor that is the opposite.

    So try out “righteous bastards”, “the stately bastards,” or “bastard cavaliers.”
