Absolutely, I believe the character sheets even have a little bubble for it.
Today I learned
Well, it makes sense in terms of the point of highlighting. Highlighting Hard is saying to that character “This session, I want to see you be violent and aggressive”, and highlighting sharp is saying “This session, I want you to be observant, to look before you leap.”. Highlighting Hx is saying “This session, I want you to interact with the plans of others, either helping them, or getting in their way”.
