Has anyone found a great way to utilize the playbooks when playing online? Perhaps some kind of shared PDF space tha let’s you mrk up the off and also lets others see it. The Roll20 character sheet is nice, but doesn’t quite have the same feel.

  1. I haven’t done this in a while, but I believe in the past what I’ve done for this kind of thing is I’ve made a Google Drive slide deck whose dimensions are set to 11 x 8.5, something like a landscape piece of paper. I did screen grabs of the PC’s character sheets in the PDF in full screen mode, and I’d use those pictures as backgrounds for the slides, rather than pasting them as images. As backgrounds, it means you can draw on top of them with line and shape tools and drop text boxes on them, etc. Then I’d just share the link with folks.

I don’t know if this is a great way, but it’s functional, if I’m remembering all the steps correctly.
