Does anyone have any advice for running one-shots in Legacy? I was considering running the Titanomachy quickstart to playtest the system, but I hope to eventually start doing my own thing and I might not always have time for a campaign.

  1. Titanomachy is great because it provides ready made Families AND Characters. If you are planning very quick one-shots in other scenarios I suggest Quick Characters only and/or all Characters from a GM created Family.

Regardless of the model you chose, focus on the imediate Threat(s) and reward them with Surpluses. And always finish the session with a Turn of Age, writing an epilogue for the adventure.

  2. Very helpful as always, Douglas Santana! Yeah I was wondering about the Turn of Age. I assumed that there probably wouldn’t be enough time in a one-shot to play in more than one Age.
