This is the rather raw PbtA hack I’ve been running with my “meat-space” group, and I realize I haven’t posted here (unless my memory is failing me). It’s generic (Thus I’m calling it the Generic Meat-Space System) since when I started running the game I’m using it for, I didn’t have a whole lot in mind beyond “multiverse science-fantasy where characters can be quickly made, and of a very wide variety”.

It’s been a lot of fun, and I plan to keep adding to it.

I’ve ran… I want to say 4-5 sessions of it now.

Hopefully someone else can have fun with it, or find something useful in it.

  1. Sweet! I can see using this for some fun pick up games when you want that sci-fantasy vibe. I have something for FAE called It’s not my Future (inspired by the It’s not my Fault cards.). I need to add to my to-do list something in the Heavy Metal theme that is Meat Space friendly.

  2. Todd Zircher if you play it I want to hear about it! At some point when things are less crazy I’ll probably add a section that’s more focused on that sort of flavor too (I mean, Heavy Metal science-fantasy flavor).

Mark Plemmons I’ll have to keep an eye out for that.
