Just did an update clarifying Sling in the 2nd Printing and there was an option on The Empath playbook’s Gear section that, when exported on InDesign, grouped two options together apparently?
I exported it again and it seems OK now from the download of the file from DrivethruRPG.
Is the text-only version updated too? I remember I got it from the new Kickstarter.
Oh good question, the text-only is just first printing so I don’t think would need a revision. Clarifying the Sling move is just for the upcoming printing where the actual playbook is changed as well.
So what was updated? The book? The playbooks?
The Empath playbook was updated so the gear option didn’t have two things grouped together somehow. The book was updated so the example didn’t misconstrue how the playbook works now from 1st printing playbook to 2nd.
Hi Fraser Simons, I just got the book from Leisure Games in London but I can’t tell what is the printing edition. What I can tell is that the complementary pdf is not up to date.

Fraser Simons, I just had a brief look at the The_Veil_Second_Printing_Ref_Sheets.pdf and I think there is a heading rank error on Special Moves. Shouldn’t it be on the same level as Basic Moves?
Hm, yeah maybe. I am not sure if the layout artist meant it like that or what. I’ll change it and update it when there’s another update though. Don’t think it’s worth bothering everyone to make a header.
